Third Party Originations (TPO) / Brokers

Ocean Capital Lending, LLC understands the importance of working with brokers and other financial intermediaries. We cooperate with approved TPO brokers on the following products:

  • Non-QM Markets: 12/24 mos bank statements, ITIN, P&L, Jumbo, 2nds/CES, Foreign National
  • DSCR 1-4 units, 5-10 unit Multifamily and Mixed-Use
  • GUC (Ground up construction) 1-4 units, Multifamily
  • Fix and Flip Commercial and Residential
  • Commercial Bridge
  • Small and Mid Balance Commercial
  • Single Asset Long-Term Rentals
  • Owner User/Investor, SBA, CRE, Construction (case by case)

Approval Criteria:

  • Be properly licensed and authorized to broker mortgage loans that meet OCL requirements.
  • Have been in the mortgage business for two or more years and the principals have five or more years of mortgage experience.
  • Be in good standing with all state, NMLS, governmental licensing, revenue collection agencies and have a clear public record of any civil or criminal judgments.
  • Have and maintain a high level of professionalism, reputation and ethical standards in the mortgage industry.
