Approval Criteria:
- Be properly licensed and authorized to broker mortgage loans that meet OCL requirements.
- Have been in the mortgage business for two or more years and the principals have five or more years of mortgage experience.
- Be in good standing with all state, NMLS, governmental licensing, revenue collection agencies and have a clear public record of any civil or criminal judgments.
- Have and maintain a high level of professionalism, reputation and ethical standards in the mortgage industry.
